In case if the customer is not completely satisfied after 7 sessions of revision of their essay because it doesn’t comply with the given sets of client’s instructions, the client reserves the rights to contact our online Customer Support and report a thorough complaint regarding the matter. It is then our, Essay Feast, responsibility to either:
- Assign a different academic writer to the client if we, Essay Feast, believe that the client’s essay can competently be handled by another expert.
- Offer a complete refund to the client.
It is also the sole right of Essay Feast to offer a client a refund in case of an insignificant delay in the essay delivery or some insignificant content mistake, since such factors may not necessarily be sufficient for a full refund. However, Essay Feast and the clients may barter on other types of compensation, for instance request for partial refund or discounts.
In case if the credit card of the client is erroneously charged twice, Essay Feast will take all crucial steps in order to reimburse the erroneously charged payment in the least possible time.
Contact and Dispute Settlement Policy
In the event, if the client is not satisfied with the delivered essay, the client agrees to make contact with Essay Feast and inform the direct resolution before instigating to contact any third party. After the 14 days of initial contact, Essay Feast and the client still have not come to any possible agreement, the client is free to contact the intermediary for assistance.
However, failure to contact Essay Feast prior to instigating a chargeback will be deemed as a breach of contract and hence it will be disputed accordingly.
